The Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Unit at the Faculty of Basic Education/Shirqat, affiliated to Tikrit University, aims to enhance the opportunities of students and graduates in the labor market by providing the necessary support and guidance. Among the most prominent tasks of the unit:

Qualifying students and graduates: Organizing training courses and workshops to develop professional and personal skills, such as resume writing, interview skills, and time management.

Labor Market Communication: Building partnerships with local and international institutions and companies to provide training and employment opportunities for graduates.

Alumni Follow-up: Creating a database of alumni and following up on their professional development, in addition to providing them with ongoing support.

Career Guidance: Providing career counseling to students to help them choose the right career paths according to their skills and interests.

Organizing Events: Holding job fairs and introductory seminars in various professional sectors.

The Unit's mission is to enable students and graduates to achieve their career ambitions and contribute to the development of society by preparing qualified cadres that meet the needs of the labor market.
